I want to make one of these now. Only problem is that it'd be way cooler than either 'nef I've made already and I don't have a force allocated to use it.

Unfortunately, my experience is it'll be worse the next day. Knit up as best you can.

My solution was Red Muscle Relaxant .....
....that's Cabernet Sauvignon (not a Radox bath as some would suggest)

Progress so far:

New plank deck fitted
'Steel' supporting strips added to the hull (ok - that's plastic striip to help make it look a bit more 19th century)
The long task of adding rivets has commenced ....

No photos yet - I'll take some when I've finished the hull rivets

Basic hull riveting completed. I need to do a litlte bit of tidying-up on the joints between the rivetted supporting strips and also around the edges of the plank deck, but otherwise the first phase is complete:

Next phase will be to re-model the deck house.

I also need to have some thoughts about what I want the tail to look like.
