Very nice looking minis considering they're WF, I almost asked who manufactured them, they look so much better after a good paintob!

Isembard Kingdom Brunel has finally joined the African campaign. In doing so Britain has upped the arms race a knot. Here are presented Brunel's famous Walking Bomb Automaton. Inspired by the Mahdi's piloted version of the same.

Before this 'unit' is proper done, I need to make a Winding Automaton, a ladder for lighting the fuse and some Egyptian levies.. oh and my design28 Brunel of course.

I'd rather you just steal the idea  lol

They're dead easy to make: clump foilage and grass tufts... I used an airbrush to paint the initial white layers as they're a bit fragile.

These bombs remind me walking bombs from Mario :)
But your bombs are absolutely amazing!

Small wonder! I used a German candy version of those bombs as the basis.  ;)

Wait, these have a candy center?!? Oh, maybe a plastic candy case...

Should these be cases as opposed to candies that were only inspiration, any pointers, from anyone, as to if these might be available in the US?

Drop dead funny, the kind of thing you can't stop chuckling until you spring them on opponents...

Brilliant!

Your walking bombs are wonderful!  :-*

I can imagine a kind of 'Dark Star' moment when a bomb toddles into the wrong place and has to be talked out of exploding.  lol
