I haven't added any insignia to any of my British steam tanks yet, but I might do it at some points.

I have painted all my British vehicles in dirty white colourscheme, so I guess it can be used for other armies as well, but I had not really thought about that.

I am doing my Russian vehicles in green, also with no insignia yet.

I like having dedicated vehicles for my various armies. The more insignia, the better  ;)

I would like to do some insignia too, but I have no idea what and how and my freehand is not very good... I have added some simple red/white stripes to one of my steam tanks to make it a bit more colourfull than just white and metal, but still not really specefic insignia to tie it to a specific army.

Looks great. I have always been dubious of the Sheltrum stuff. (ask Thundercheeks) but you have made it look terrific. :-*

You have to pick and choose with Scheltrum, some of their bits and bobs are BRILLIANT, but others are just not quite so good and others are almost unusable.

Good choice, it looks great!

I have the mole and that is a really cool bit of kit, took a bit of 'fixing' because the piece wasn't fully cast (lots of dremelling and resculpting), but it looks the part!  ;)

How about a slot in the Walker some where so you can add a Flag pole and flag -change the flag as you change the nation. Pehaps a metal name plate attached via a magnet that can be switched as needed (or captured and brought back into service).
gan canny kidder!

I think I will make the vehicles faction specific if I add some iconography to them, so it won't be needed to have enterchangeable stuff on it, but good ideas anyway... and yes I should add more flags to my vehicles, that always look great, but makes it harder for transportation.

Next up here is some orthodox priests, from Old Glory, for my Russian forces.

The priests follow the army to encourage the troops before battle, but also to call upon the powers of more sinister Gods for aid on the battlefield.

Oh, I like these! Well done Jonas. Very menacing. A heroclix Rasputin might look good with this lot.

I already have a Rasputin, the one I have is from the Steve Jackson Games OOP line of Hellboy miniatures

Here he is seen with an Elder Thing summoned for advice.

Nice Priests Jonas - perhaps I'll get some to give my units even more religious encouragement.

I think they are perfect for VSF, they come from the Old Glory Cossack Wars line... the weapons are a bit too old fashioned, but for the priests I think it is ok....

I have a few other Cossack Wars models I wanted to use for characters, but I am not really sure if they have too old weapons and equipment, but still might work for some far out excentric cossack hero and so.

In the case of characters, especially priests, I'd expect archaic weapons: items long packed in a trunk until the call to arms.

Only in Van Helsing movies are the clergy equipped with the latest armaments.  ;->=

No idea, I guess that will depend on the rules we will use.

The more armed priest can do well as characters on their own while the unarmed might do some boosts for units or something like that, or be controllers of units of creatures or larger single creatures (I plan to add some more Cthulhu monsters to the Russians)
