"Europeans" ~16 Jan 11 update~
« on: January 11, 2011, 05:12:15 PM »
Here's my latest.  From the Old Glory European hunting party packs.  I call him Graf Eisenschritt.  Along with Pierre Le Membre and the Baron von Schwanz he will join my growing posse of European Renegades for LoTOW.  I even plan to write up the variants for them some day. They will be based loosely on the Outlaws in the original rule book, but with some hopefully interesting differences.

I based the horse on this:

Very nice, especially the horse. :)

Well, he's sticking to his theme. That must account for something, I guess.

Nicely done, good skintones, fine painting on the horse.

Very nice work on the horse and the figure  :-* hard to believe they are OG so I had better take another look when at Cold Wars.

I have a similar theme in mind for LOTOW but using some of the VSF characters from Ironclad and Brigade Games.

Don't forget about Crusader's small range. The mad Scotsman is a must have!

Thanks again, all.

Mindenbrush- the West Wind/Old Glory 28mm range has some really fun stuff in it, some of which I believe is Paul Hicks' work.

Aaron- Good call on Crusader's Europeans.  The Scot is in the works. You may or may not have seen my versions of the other figures. Pierre Le Membre and the Baron von Schwanz, respectively.

Here is my latest addition to the posse: Ivan Ivanovich Pijzda, agent of Augustus Krupp. The horse is based on the other horse in the Leliepvre print above.
