And the "I have nothing to do since I was laid off" update!  Well, other than searching for a job, but anyway...

And my newest supermutants - both are from a collectible minis game called Dreamblade, with the second guy (that I painted as a nightkin) having Ork hands added, as he normally just has blades.

And the closest I have found to a Lakelurk yet.  Pose works for when they are charging at you out of Lake Mead.

And a Brother Vinni Robobrain - I just put a dome on, no brain inside.  I just didn't feel that talented this week.

And you have to have those plasma wielding fragile Enclave Officers around, right?

Being as they were Star Wars collectibles, I was unsurprised by the lack of any facial features, and they almost ended up in the below.

New rubbish bins, in the ever so sexy orange.

And I have about 40 or so more figures I am working on that I already had in the works...going to have to run a game here soon.

Woo! I like the robobrain. What did you use for its "lid"?

SW figures look like dead ringers for enclave. Nice work.  8)  8)

Cheers
Matt

Great stuff !

I've converted that same dreamblade figure (butcher.)
Damn right silly those 2 meat choppers on his arms.

And we keep throwing new stuff out there!

So, anyone who has gone into Hidden Valley has seen these...

And I have been racking my brain for a good couple of weeks, trying to figure out how to make a minefield based on the way frag mines look in Fallout.  I was talking to my wife this morning when I made a comment (that I no longer remember) that provoked a sudden plunge into my bits box.  You know those goofy little plastic shield bosses GW used to provide in every blister that had shields?

Hehe, I've got a few of those shield bits around here for mines.
The figures look nice too, nice big chunky mutants.

Maybe I should hurry with my lagoon man >.>
If you'd like an apocalyptic monster in 28mm, throw me a PM and I'll think it over.

The shield boss idea is brilliant! I've only played the PC versions of Fallout so I've never seen these range top thingies before what are they?

In Fallout New Vegas, when you go in, you find bunker entrances and these fans sticking up out of the ground, that are both the air for the bunkers and a defense system that when they reverse blows the sand around like a storm, causing the locals to think of it as haunted.  I just need to finish the bunker entrances next...

And MOAR STUFF!!!

Everyone's favorite Mr. Gutsy...

And more Enclave...yes, I know the officer has a mush face - he is one the not-so-good sculpts from the Star Wars range.  It is why I did not give him a new gun - why put silk stockings on a pig?

And I told myself, "Self, you are not allowed to paint any of Vinni's Power Armor until you paint some of those old figures you collected years ago"...so here we are.

I never realized these guys say 'SWAT' on them until I was drybushing and it showed up.  :?

So, of course, once these were done...

These are some very well made figures.  The Enclave armors don't fit together as well. I got two of these, and the other one is getting a little conversion work, and will get a worn green paint job so that it looks like the T-51b from the Deathclaw Promontory.  I am also working on a set of captives and prisoners from Vinni as well, but I don't know if I will even post them - certainly not here - as they are NSFW, and I am no Michi when it comes to skin tones.

Great job again. It should be interesting to see the Brother Vinni Power Armor beside the Reaper one to have an idea of how they fit together... ;)
Maybe SWAT mean super weapon, armor and technologie... :D
