A howdy do
« on: February 03, 2011, 08:58:34 PM »
Another long time lurked here deciding to get involved with some banter.
I've been a keen wargamer for well over 15 years now with a diverse interest in settings, ranges, and rules.
At the moment it's mostly been interwar and dark ages in 28mm with some 10mm WWII and 15mm ultra-modern and fantasy thrown in for good measure.
Hopefully I'll be able to load up some pics and battle reports from us chaps here in Aberdeen.
All the best for now,

Mr Brown

Welcome!  Pics and battle reports would be great...a diversity of interests doesn't hurt either  ;)

Welcome to LAF 8)

Baron Ungern as your avatar picture? He was one seriously deranged guy!

Welcome to the forum, but please do not use the Mad White Baron as a role model.

Although if you’re only mildly insane you’ll fit just fine here ;)
A CANADIAN local hobby store with a small selection of historical wargames miniatures (mainly from Warlords). They also have a great selection of paint and hobby accessories from Vallejo, Army painter, AK Interactive, Green Stuff World and more.; https://www.kingdomtitans.ca/us/

Yip yip, only mildly insane.
I wouldn't say being the reincarnation of the great Khan and god of war incarnate makes you mad...
To be fair to the guy, he is arguably the last man to take a country by horseback. Now he must have been rollin some pretty loaded dice  ;D

Aberdeen. The whole granite affair may well a sturdy city make but it also makes the place drab grey an slightly more radioactive...

The radioactivity probably accounts for the insanity...it's nice to have an excuse. That aside...WELCOME ABOARD!
