Nice--looks like yours is going to be a lot more screen accurate, Elwood.

Some fun conversions underway there--may have to try to track down another batch of Daleks and give it a go...

Some great conversions here.  Anyone fancy a go at making this?

And this is after I tortured it with paint .  On the left is last years model .
I think this years model is slightly better despite the odd dome .
I'll definitely be using paper-clip arms on the rest of them . It does seem to be a weak spot that snaps easily .

Here's a couple of piss-poor photos of my Dalek WIP

How did you do the domes on the "trailer"? Poly cement?

Superglue gel, not perfect by a long chalk, but they're do. Usually do similar for rivets but they're smaller of course.

Like on this armoured tram;

When you say superglue do you mean gel?

Looks great!  The new eyestalk and plunger arm are a huge improvement on the figure.  I agree that sculpt for the latest run of daleks looks better than the original release.

Yep, corrected it above. You can use any thicker glue, I've just found superglue gel to work best especially as it dries quicker than any other.

Thanks ! After posting that , I immediately shortened the barrel into something a little less phallic .

   Its a spare EM4 Space Ranger heavy weapon I had lying around .

The back end has a bit of sprue and coffee stirrer as a fold-down stabiliser for when the gun is fired .
