I am self-employed and in my 50s, so I will probably be able to retire mid-23rd Century. I hope my interest is still strong then!

I glossed over this detail the first time, but I just noticed the shining stars you put on the blue cap on that right hand shroom, making it look like a starry night. Always nice Easter eggs in your work, and why it is a joy to review again.

With me. I found myself on Social Security Disability shortly before I turned 55 then Retirement at 66. SO I have been able to do my craft more or less full time for quite awhile.
I am happy you enjoy my stuff, Mister Frau Blucher, Thanks for the reply.

That and the unique style you have, both in the sculpting and the painting.  You are creating a piece of art with your collection. I still hold out hope of seeing an assembly one day......and the book of course  ;)

Wonderful creations as always Al.

Thanks for the kind reply, robh. I am happy you like the stuff.
I am hoping to do a mass photo session of all the things that I did for The Year of The Goblin sometime over the next week. I will probably us the Twisted Tower Stage.
I have been spending more time painting than I normally would...no baseball. As I have been painting story lines have been playing through my head. I doubt this will ever lead to a book, but one never knows...do one?
I'd NEVER join a club that would have me as a member.  G.Marx

SO this is what was on the Work Table earlier today:

AND now YET ANOTHER Mushroom Base is done:

Seen here with the other recently finished Mushrooms:

While I make more bases & individual Mushrooms, I will move on to other pieces...the Dragon & the Loon Boss are possibilities.

For the sake eye strain (yours) & sanity (mine), I am only including some of the All The Gang photos I took earlier today. For those who would like to see the album in its entirety, here is a link:

What a splendid array of so many great jobs!
Needing to look at the pictures many times to admire the little beautiful details!  :-*
Many congratulations for your presentation!

Golly Gee Wilikers, thanks, Fram. I am glad you like them.
I may take pics in smaller groups on the photos stages eventually. One of the Goblin Brewers will make an appearance on The Blight Stage.

A mass shoot of all my stuff on the terrain pieces that I have made would be quite a rewarding experience for me, &, hopefully, an enjoyable one for you. Actually doing it would be a challenge.
Thanks for the reply AND the idea, warlord frod! I am happy you enjoy my work.

AND it looks like it may very well be YET ANOTHER Year of The Goblin...or not.
Today I have the G.W. Loon Boss' base just about done & Leo got a touch up & stripey pants:

The call of Steam Punk may interrupt the Goblin progress or vice versa.

After being faced with so many frightening things, time and time again, it's no wonder poor old Leo has to change his pants now and then.

Leo is an ongoing moment of silliness...a change of pants has made him a new, although still terrified, man.

SOI have been puttering around the last couple of days. I did up a bunch of more or less normal mushrooms (not pictured here), found my Steam Powered/Punk Snail & started on his/her/whatever's base, AN made four new Mushrooms, two of which are a new species:

The Snail with Loon Boss & Leo:

AND the Mushrooms...the new type to the left (they may get fangs):

More later...or not!

You have to get by the screaming if you are planning on cooking them.
