The stump seems almost... tenticular.

I joined my gun with pirate swords, and sailed the seas of cyberspace.

Inspiring! Tin foil cooperates so well with DAS!
I'm stumped!  lol

I like your...er...stump.

I would love to come and play at your house!  This project keeps getting better.

Please feel free to drop by if you are ever in the area. I am happy you like the stuff, Ethelred. Thanks for the reply.

The bark is now sculpted all around:

Once it's dry enough to touch, the roof will get tiled. Then on to the detailing...that's when the fun begins.

AND now with the roofing done, the clay work is complete:

Placing each tile one at a time can be a little tedious, but the results are nice:

SO until next time...

Sorry I missed your comments yesterday....
The stump seems almost... tenticular.

They DO look like tentacles. THAT is probably the thing that pushes the piece from whimsical to creepy.
Thanks for the reply, Fram. I didn't pick up on the tentacles before....congenital idiocy once more.

Inspiring! Tin foil cooperates so well with DAS!
I'm stumped!  lol

They work surprisingly well together. Until I saw the Creative Mom videos, I would never have imagined such a thing.
Considering the scope of my imagination that is saying something.
I like puns too...it is the sign of mutually sick minds.

AND the Mushrooms-of-more-normal-size are now done:

With a few Group shots for those of you who like such things:

...Oh Wow, the colors, Man!

Thanks, Fram. Now THAT is really scary. I can remember people actually dressing that way...shudder.

I close my eyes and see these little creatures around me.
They haven't spoken to me yet, so all is good  lol

They haunt my dreams also. Usually they are suggesting modeling ideas & their views of themselves.
Occasionally they ask for a light.
Thanks for the reply, Dinos. I appreciate the ongoing support.

Beware if they are asking to feed them and, don't stack them close together, they multiply!  lol
