Thanks for the kind reply, White Knight. I am delighted you like the colors. I just gravitate towards a bright palette. Muted shades are a struggle for me at times.
I moved my Night Goblin gang/army into Cap'n John's display cabinet. Whenever I look at it, I wish I could magically teleport them to you.

You're too kind. I'd pay for international shipping but I'm afraid they might suffer in transit. :'(

Every time I see your fairy sceneries I'm slightly sad, because I know I will never have the change to play with these exquisite dioramas  :'(  ;)

But this doesnt stop me to admire every new work of yours and -as your imagination is endless- be eager to see more and more!

Don't feel too bad; re, I've never gamed on any of it either. Some of my Mushrooms did feature in our own Matakishi's fantasy campaign:

They have been popping up all over. I bet they would love Italy. Thanks for the reply, Katsuhiko JiNNai.

I am sure they would love to live in Greece as well. Thanks for the kind reply, Dinos!

You should try some Solo games, like Sellswords & Spellslingers or Pulp Alley.
When I have not players available I use these solo games, currently I'm playing a fantasy solo campaign with S&S.

For awhile before I moved to Texas I did a solo game with modified AD&D rules. It was enjoyable. I may have to give it a try sometime.
I find that I have become more of a painter/modeler over the years. Gaming seems better as a memory than an activity.

I am mostly the same. I do always have plans to some day game with the things I paint and build, but it never happens really.

We do have a lot in common, W.K.. I still tend to base most of my miniatures with some game or other in mind. The last table top games I played were Napoleonic using Column, Line, & Square rules. SO the basing is for games I have never played. I do have a life long love of toy soldiers AND I love making terrain, particularly the buildings, trees, & ,of late, all those Mushrooms. Doing what I love for no reason other than the love is a joy.

They turned out well... that fellow in the middle looks especially keen!

Thanks for the reply, Fram...glad you like them. The center Fellow is my favorite at the moment also.

AND another one joins the throng. This one has a green tinged complexion:

with a flashy cap:

More later...perhaps.

These somewhat psychotic Mushrooms have been waiting for paint for a while:

with a better look at the "Knife? What knife?":

That wraps it for today.
