Good gravy, you ain't kidding.

Can't wait to see what you do with those...

I am still at that stage in my painting that the outcome of any miniature is still in doubt...it adds to the excitement. SO I am looking forward to the developments too.
The level of detail is real extraordinary. The are little snails & mushroom-men roaming around the Goblins. They will be a challenge as well as an inspiration.

After several days of running around, I based up the Gobbapalooza Guys:

Additional mushrooms, moss, & such will be added:

The Merry Fellow on the right may be part of the Eternal Block Party. He's on an urban style base:

More to come...eventually.

Your images seem to be really big and detailed and my poor old web browser seems to be struggling with downloading them.  :'(

I am sorry you are having problems with my pics. I wish I had a solution...I am not really all that knowledgeable  as far as PCs go.

With apologies to your computer djbii, good things like these pics are worth waiting a minute for.

Thanks for the compliment, Fram. I am happy you feel that way.
Next Saturday my Old PC will be replaced with a new one. It will, hopefully, not have an ill effect on the photos.

By struggling, I mean they are failing to completely download. Could be *when* I try as they all just downloaded when I tried again at 4am in the morning :-)

...And the steam driven snail was worth the wait ;-)

I had that problem when I was using Cap'n John's AT&T satellite connection. Afternoons & early evening were painfully slow when working at all. Weekends & holidays, the damn thing was useless unless very early in the day. Now I use cable with a modem. It's a little more expensive but very reliable.
That aside I am happy you like The Snail. I am mulling over a possible base for the Beasty. Thanks for the reply & the perseverance, djbii.

There are a growing number of background mushrooms in The Box:

...along with some Personable Mushrooms for added color:

More whenever.

The prepping on the Gobbapalooza Gang & some Reaper (03462) Goblins is just about done:

The shorter/lack of noses on the Reaper Lads gives me the option of different skin tones:

More color and/or more prepping soon...relatively speaking.

SO...the new PC is up & running without any of the problems/angst I was associating with the change. AND I had some photos all set for uploading to test the Beasty out. Squig style critters are a necessity for Goblins. I do have some G.W. ones painted & unpainted that will show up eventually, but I thought I'd do up a custom Gigunda Squiggle...
Seen here in the aluminum foil stage:

Done up in air dry clay:

...with a volunteer for size comparison:

The next step is groundwork & green stuff.
