Hi!
I'm on my forum posted information on the Bashkir military units in the Civil War. In Russian and English.
Bashkirs - Muslim people who live in the Southern Urals.
In the Russian Civil War military units, formed from the Bashkir, first served on the side of the White Army, but after Kolchak's coup have sided with the Bolsheviks. And White, and Red, they differed excellent fighting qualities and were among the most combat-ready troops. Had their own differences in a uniform.

Friends!
I want to offer you a new service.
Books from Russia.
Now, I'll sell literature at second hand.
Also suggest that the search and acquisition of Russian books for you.
Buy new editions of wholesale I do not have opportunities, but to find a Russian book store, and send it to you I can.
Books as a result should be cheaper than in European stores.

That's second hand Books (until, of course, a little, but I promise to quickly replenish range):

I have the forum translated article "Jaeger brigade German colonists. Armed Forces of Southern Russia. 1919." The article tells about the history, organization and uniforms of German military units in the White Army.
Translate a computer, but given the original Russian version - translation errors you can fix yourself.

Very interesting! Up until now I thought the only German units in the Volunteer Army were Volga-Germans from Saratov.
