How about Old Glory's Ghost line of fantasy miniatures? Some decent sculpts and reasonable prices. Did I miss these in the list?

I know discount cards are not part of this discussion, but if you do happen to have OG Army card, the $2/figure price tag goes down by 40%, making them a very good deal indeed. Quality is uneven, but I'd give the line a solid 6 out of 10 overall.
