Nice! Noonan in particular has tons of character - great work on the face and hair. As always, the bases are great - do you sculpt them? I choose the lazy option, and got the cobblestone and concrete bases from Dragonforge. Really nice sculpts, and of course it saves time. Mind you, if I could create bases like yours, I'd take that route every time!

If you ever want to try doing your own bases, here's how I do mine: http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_OegChr5Zg_s/SgC6DybLbRI/AAAAAAAABgo/cBalL2_5UdE/s1600-h/How+to+do+flagstones.jpg

Thanks for the link, EC - I'll give it a try. I suppose one of the advantages is that you can use the tab on the mini to attach it to the base, and then sculpt the cobbles/flagstones around it, rather than pinning a foot to the base, as I do at the moment. Great project - as always, looking forward to seeing what's coming next.

Here are a couple final shots of my finished project. Also, here's a link to a larger picture of all of my pulp/street corner figures (including my tramp steamer crew and my pulp boxers):

Brilliant! The minis are excellent, of course - nice vibrant colours - but the terrain pieces are fantastic too. I love the newspaper stand!
So that's it? Project finished? Won't you get bored if you're not working on it - maybe a building or two (or ten)...?
On a more serious note, though - any plans for what's next?

I keep coming back to this thread, it is such a great inspiration, so many fine little figures and great set up over all.
