The Fundead Festival is my favorite entry for this round.  ;D Funny idea and really nice conversions. Two thumbs up.

I like the painting of the other entry. The blankets are great.

While the painting is better on the yak entry, Pil's entry won me over with creativity and composition. Really think both of you deserve a vote though! Great job gents!

There is a lot to like in both entries: Beautiful textiles on those yaks, excellent posing on those skeletons (I particularly like the one drinking with the beer running through his ribcage).

Nice skellies - I think I recognize the lead guitarist - didn't he used to be with The Rolling Bones?

Yeah... and the pewter drummer is from the Undead Kennedys, right? =)

meh skeletons are too easy to paint. I thought the subject cliched.

The textiles on the yaks though.... THAT was nicely done. Good brush control.

The yaks are very nice and the patterns on the cloth really adds colour to the first entry. The models are better painted too as some people said. It's true that skeletons are a breeze to paint but this bonus round gave me a chance to paint up my 'Grateful Undead' to add to my army while at the same time gathering up some bonus points. With the high quality of the entries I foresee stiff competition for my other skeletons in future rounds 8)

Wow! Both fantastic again...but my low-brow self prefers the drunk skellies. I smiled about it all day.  :-* lol :)

Two great entries. The detail on the yaks blankets is awesome. However, the comraderie of the two drinking buddy skells make the Fundead Festival look like the place to be for me. Great fun!

Is the band the Grateful Undead?

Two excellent entries
