Love the vegetable garden by the way. Wouldn't mind seeing some more pictures of it ;)

"censored" (Prof)

Oh yes, while I remember, a quick word on etiquette for both participants and observers.
We all want LPL entries and matches to stimulate comment and discussion, so it’s perfectly fine to comment on live matches. That's half the fun. But please try to keep comments constructive and don’t blatantly ‘boost’ (or attempt to torpedo) one or other entry.
So by all means comment ‘I really like what you’ve done there’. But please don’t go down the road of: ‘Well entry A is so manifestly superior to entry B, that I cannot understand why so many people are voting for entry B’.
That kind of thing will be edited by the Moderators.

no negativity intended, merely a poor choice of words I'm afraid ...
New try:
Although I like the fleshtones on the chicks the overall painting and composition of the country walk wins it for me!

Don't slap me prof .... I'll behave .... I promise

The flesh tones on the naked chicks isn't really that great and the sculpts all look aneorexic.

But the fabric patterns on the Walk in the Country figures are AWESOME!

Generally I'm in favor of naked ladies in preference to all other things...  in this case I think I'll make a rare exception.  The design work on the clothing (Einstein's sweater!!!) is jaw-droppingly good!

Despite a well documented love of naked women and their little metal representatives I have to give it to 'A walk in the country'

Yeah, I love those naked chicks too!

Ba-dump-tsss!

Seriously, very nice work on both entries but that garden is fantastic in itself, and even better with those models in it, amazing entry!

I think I could have done a better job photographing my entry, but I just wanted to get them done and get officially entered.  When they're done competing I'll post some more pictures on my blog.  I'm not really in it to win it, I just want to compete.

Some people obviously are trying harder than others, but hey, it's all fair in love, war, and online miniature painting competitions.  I had trouble finding models I owned that would get the bonus points...  ;-)
