Listen very carefully, I shall say this only once....Excellent!

Very clever use of real photos of real buildings.  The windows/curtains look particularly effective.

It's really coming together well. Looks very realistic.

Fantastic.

Wonderful work! I like the way you have populated the town, too.

* Get the plans http://perso.orange.fr/midgard/ww2/psh_diybuildings.htm

* Draw the 4 sides of the building on a 5mm thick foamcard including windows and doors.

* Cut the sides from the foam card, remove the windows and doors.

* Prepare the assembly and drill some holes in order to insert pieces of tooth pick into them. They will consolidate the corners. I also put some tape.

* Adjust the 2 roof 's sides to match the building. Cut the side near the chimney. Assemble the roof with a tape then glue two 90° triangles on the underside.

* Draw the floor on a 5mm foamcard, cut it and glue it.

* Glue some cardboard stripes ( 5mm x 25mm ) and glue them above and under the windows. Use a 30mm long  stripe above the doors.

* Mix water and ceramic tiles glue to obtain a textured paint. Paint all the building's sides including the chimney (but not the roof).

* Let it dry at least a night.

* You can start the painting of the building.

Here are some pics of the village with BAM minis. A german panzergrenadieren gruppe is trying to find the right way in a french village during the summer'44.
