Brilliant work, Capt'n!

Given how many units of yours I've seen painted I should think you are close to running out of color combos.   :o

 ;)

Wonderful work. The technique is magnificent, as always, and they strike just the right balance between a coherent force (by virtue of the saltire) and a wild gaggle of Scotsmen desperately scouring the Midlands for a Takeaway that sells deep-fried haggis at this time of war.

I'm surprised you didn't save these for the next LPL!!!  Fantastic work.

Thanks all  ;)

I've got through 4 boxes - 2 each of WOTR infantry and mercs: which would be 160 figures if I built them all. I reckon I'll outturn on about 100 of the plastic figures finished, with all the rest cannibalised for conversions or spares... Plus about 30 of the metal foot.

That's until they release the plastic mounted men-at-arms of course, when I'll need to get some more boxes of infantry to see what cunning creative combinations can be achieved  ::)

Ah well, can't wait another year  ;)
I have actually painted the metal scurriers as well (well, most of them) which I was saving for another painting competition, but that seems to be a bit slow coming round these days. So maybe I'll just have to go public with those and paint something else in the meantime... Will have to see...
