WTNW British and Germans
« on: May 20, 2011, 01:13:32 PM »
Just got the photos posted of our minis in progress. We are going for the classic colonial style and mixing it with some of the Edwardian style to get something wholly different but very playable and usable with other games.

These sculpts have been commissioned from Mike Broadbent.  :)

They are 18mm and there are American, French, and Russians in the mastering queue.  :)

British are Regulars and Highlanders dating from Zulu Wars to Sudan.

Germans are See Battalion and FPW style Prussians in Pickelhaube.

Cheers,

Outstanding!

I love 18mm and there is definitely a hole here to be filled.

With luck they will be compatible with Eureka's 18mm lines as they have lots of cavalry and artillery that could be used in a VSF setting, but almost nothing in the way of infantry.

Will be looking forward to further developments.
