I painted this moon beast from RAFM with the intention of using it as a monster in my blood bowl game.  I did a minor conversion adding droopy horns to his head.  Thought I would share with you guys!

classical "fatgoblin"'s painting, decent colours, smooth tones, good feeling for lights and shadows, how said once, just love your style, FG  :)

thanks!   :)   To be honest I'm not too happy with the tentacles but it will have to do!  Have to move on!

oh, btw, I will be using him as a Nurgle beast, in my Nurgle team.  Here are some recently done plague bearers that I am using as Nurgle warriors!  (I know you like your Nurgle!)
linky

How many times can I say Nurgle in one post?  Nurgle nurgle nurgle!

Finally on the painting table will be some WHFB dryads which I am using as beastmen.

Dryads as Beastmen? I'm curious about that :)
I was there the day that Horus fell.

No spell to summon or control I'm afraid.  The straight jacket interferes with the painting!

Anyway, I've just finished painting the team!  Normally, I  wouldn't post a bloodbowl team on this forum, but well, here they are anyway.

big pic

And here is the whole team, complete with some of my older miniatures press ganged into the team, some modern zombies, and some flymen from eureka.

And here are pics for the 11 figures I painted specifically for this team, including the ones I already posted above for completion.
4 Plague bearers
4 Dryads
a RAFM Moonbeast
Nurgle Sorceror as coach
a warped rat as mascot

The dryads still looked to plant like for my liking but they will have to do I suppose...

Hey, where are those freaky guys wearing suits (those with the black sanded bases) from?!
"I'd like to send this letter to the Prussian consulate in Siam by aeromail. Am I too late for the 4:30 autogyro?"
"Uh, I better look in the manual... This book must be out of date. I don't see "Prussia", "Siam" or "autogyro"...
