Snake & McClane
« on: June 07, 2011, 08:53:52 PM »
A couple of recent paint jobs of Studio Miniatures not-Snake Plissken and not-John McClane. Both are newer versions of their older releases (mainly head resculpts by the look of it).

The heads are still quite large, though much better. An average human should be 7.5 - 8 "heads" tall, but this is often overlooked in 28mm.

Superb paintwork, by the way! The skin is particularly good  :-*

Great paint! I had no interest in getting these figs because of the 'bobble' sized heads, but these do much better.

I want both of these characters for Super System and Zombie games, I'll have to make an order.

Bear in mind these are newer versions but I'm not sure they're on Studio's web site yet.

Thanks for all the comments everyone :)
