Laser Dream Works is pleased to announce the release of three new 28mm Gunboat kits to expand our range of Napoleonic era ship kits.  The Spanish, French, and American gunboats join our 1806 Hamilton British gunboat to round out a series of small craft that are representative of the various configurations of boats used during the time.  It is quite possible that any of these designs would have found their way into service with any of the world’s navies or a band of cut-throat pirates.  The boats range from 8" to 13" in length and easily hold 10-20 figures -perfect for your starting crew in most naval skirmish games.

Check them out here:

Regards,
Matt

many years ago, flagship games produced some "dug-out" set

nice minis for caribean or africans ...
there was a raft, too ...

it's a shame, they are no more produced by scale creep miniatures
Dans les situations critiques, quand on parle avec un calibre bien en pogne, personne ne conteste plus. Y'a des statistiques là-dessus.

Just came across these on Ebay.

Little fishing boat, not sure if it'll be useful to anyone but I thought it looked pretty nice.

Zvezda life boat

It is 1/72 but it works a treat as a small dingy.

Freebooter miniatures do some very nice resin boats.

Not expensive either if you're happy to wait a couple of weeks for shipping either directly from them or through your FLGS.
never trust a horse, they make a commitment to shoes that no animal should make.

Maybe in Savage Worlds, if you have a seating layout sheet for it. If not, there is so much conversion to do, it makes no sense to go off hunting down this kit when you could find a toy or ornament for the task more easily.

There's this item from Scotiagrendel.
Also, if you use papercraft, Dave Graffam has a couple of boats available as downloadables.

I painted up some longboats from Games of War and one from Firelock Games. You can read the review/comparison on my blog:

Hello Traveler,

You can also make yourself a first model in cardboard and filling, make a silicone mold, then cast as many rowboats as you want in resin.
Easy and inexpensive if you make several.  ;)

Jacques, happy with his 20 or more resin rowboats...
