Help wanted regarding Rugged Adventures
« on: September 17, 2006, 09:02:14 AM »
Hello,

Iam just reading the RA rules. I like them and I know they are only a guideline and not hammered in stone. But for a better understanding my question is :

The Field Craft is :  A die 6 plus the modifiers from the Field Craft CHart.

Does this mean the result from the die 6 is ALWAYS used or is it rerolled every new adventure and than modified by the chart regarding to the adventure ?

My second question is : How do I get the driving ability. It is listed in the pre generated character download from Bob Murchs Website.

Thank you.

Björn

I would say, yes: you roll a d6 and add the modifier - then see if you beat the difficulty of the test?
Ask at the LAF, and answer shall thy be given!

Can you ask Bob through his site?

He'll ask Kurt if he doesn't know.

Or they'll just make something up. That's what I'd do.
I do all my own stunts

I think I will Howard ( ask Bob )
I usually make something up too.
But I learned thru lots of games (  that I did as a gamemaster ) that you always have players asking lots of questions.
 :)
