Mine first Post + some questions and Greetings
« on: September 30, 2011, 11:44:27 AM »
Hi There.(Before i will start.Plese forgive me mine language English is not mine first language).
This is mine First Post on this forum.Iv found this forum accidently while serching informations on VSF mostly on Martian wars in 15/18mm.And here iv found that there is quite a lot of 25-28 mm minis for VSF.Im planing to buy Some(mostly from parroom i think),but i do have some questions;

1.Can you tell me or better Post some pics comapring Parroom miniatures to Ironclad,redoubt and Askari miniatures?I mean infantry models moustly cos i could not find any im curious how Parroom Legion Extraterrestriale and Prussian in gasmasks compare to other companys troops.Iv hope thet ifrences in scale are not to big.Iv read that paroom minis are bit smaller then other but pics could help me get the difrence.

2.Are there any Gasmasked British Colonial miniatures(Zulu wars uniforms)

To be onest i like this forum most of all other at themoment as there is a lot of creative ideas here.Thats awsome.

Thank you for patience, mine tekst is not easiest one to read. :?

Cheers.

2. I don't know any complete miniatures with gasmasks but Ramshackel Games makes some heads that might work for you.

I'm not completely sold on how they look myself but I've seen pictures of the painted and they look better then the pics they have on the website.

Hi LePik and welcome to the forum. Don't worry about your English. It's easy to read and understand.

As Chantyam said, Black Pyramid are a good source of what you're after. Here's mine painted as marines:

Again, as has been said Ramshackle Games too.

If you're still interested in 15-18mm scale stuff, you can check out Highlander Studios. He's doing miniatures for the new Space 1889 miniatures game, Mars Needs Steam.

For pictures of gasmask wearing British colonial troops;
