ID small scale Viet Nam pieces?

The painted ones are the ones I can't id... the much smaller ones are GHQ. I really want some more of the larger ones but can't remember who made them... did track down a gunner for the chopper still attached to a sprue which said "VS9" - does that ring any bells?

I think they are Action 200 10mm figures available from Skytrex. The code matches for the door gunner anyway
