Very cool sculpts.  What is the white putty that the armature is made from?  Or is that a cast resin armature?

Love love love them!
I wouldn't say any of them are worthy of fat joke, but are more accurate than most of the rail thin, or wasp shaped miniatures available for women.
I'd buy these if you got to that phase.

Would love to see one with a gun though.

Hi!
Thank for the comments!

I wouldn't say any of them are worthy of fat joke, but are more accurate than most of the rail thin, or wasp shaped miniatures available for women.

That's also my opinion  ;) (I mean: I tried to make them "realistic" in that way, I don't know if it turned out so, or rather exagerated  lol)

Would love to see one with a gun though.

I wasn't thinking on make guns because I wanted them to be for a zombie-infected Spain  lol, but I think I can make a pair on separated hands so it's possible to change them.

The white stuff is resin: I made myself a pair of armatures I then cast in order to have an easier basis to work on. I made also several simple heads (without eyes or certain details) for the same goal.  :)

I plan to cast them (i' m trying to make the models so that they are not so difficult to cast). If you guys wan't a copie or two then just tell me then  ;)

Solid plan and well executed.

How long does it take you to sculpt one of these, start to finish?

That's not easy to say because I work on all of them at the same time, then I spend a pair of days working a little more on one or two of the models and then back to the others...I began with these minis in october but i didn't work so regularly because I was ill two weeks and then went abroad for a couple of days :? And now I'm abroad again so I'm not working on it lol

I think, if I work only in one mini I could have it done in a week or so. The good think in making several minis at the same time is that you can sculpt others when the first are drying  ;)

I love these! when can I "get some"  :D

I hope I get them finished by the end of december or begining of january :)
(I'm going to be very very busy in two-three weeks so I really hope I manage to do it so :?)

Well, if you ever do get to the point of providing these for others, I would definitely be in.

And if you ever 'take requests', I would love to see something of similar proportions as the first couple of girls, but with a gun, and dressed similar (including hair) to Juno from Juno's crew.
Any chance of this ever happening?

Looking forward to seeing more of these. I would certainly want to be in when these are produced. These ladies could round out any survivor group. I would like to see the zombiefied too.

You can count me in as ordering a set if you do provide the optional gun hands.

Wow I'm really happy to hear that! I'm definitively making the hands with guns option, but it will take a little longer  ;)

I think I could make this "Juno" girl when I'm ready with the others, it looks not so difficult  :)
I also though on a zombified version of these survivors, as you comment, but I think I'm going to wait untill I finish these before I start anything else (I have 4 survivors more in mind that I wanted to make, and I actually had already began one of them ::)). These are my very first minis (I only made conversions before) and I'm still a little slow, but I think with time i'm going to get faster so there is a chance to see the zombified version in a couple of months ;)
