The effect of snow is made with white flocking and ultra-fine white sand.

I just added American flags on the sleeves after this photo.

Holy Cow! Just noticed the bottles-those are nice terrain pieces and nice job on the minis. Those are 28's right?

Excellent terrain.
Lots of good ideas to use if I ever get around to doing more post-apocalyptic games.
