not really, they're WW1 and have other uniforms, my turks are from 1891

You could try looking for Sudan ranges and egyptian or Sudanese British trooops not sure of puttees then though

Professor - Are you absolutely certain about the Copplestone WW1 Turkish officers?
 There is one wearing a fur hat similar to your picture. The only difference is he is wearing boots, not puttees.Other than that he looks pretty much the same to me.
