Looks like a good start. Having a plan is the best way to end up with something completely different.  lol

Good start, but not shooty enough. At the very least, each of your standard sections/squads should include a LMG (historically this would be a Bren, or use a packed .30cal in the SoTR world).

A late WW2 platoon would have three sections, each of theoretically 10 men (but could be less) with a SMG, a Bren LMG and the rest with rifles (Paras and commandos would have more SMGs, late war commandos could also have some M1 carbines).

Support weapons allocated the a platoon were 2" (light) mortar and PIAT - these could be allocated to iindividual sections or kept with the command group. Ant-tank rifles were not used in the real WW2, but are an excellent way of shooting mechs and monsters!

Consider moving your anti-tank weapon into one of the sections (or one per section) - this would allow you to replace the AT rifle team with something else - maybe a 3" mortar or HMG to give you some better fire support - or perhaps an assault team with SMGs and one or two flame throwers for toasting monsters :)

Leave the AT rifle in the armory and get yourself a bazooka, M18 or even a Weird War ATGM (SS10/X7 type).  PIAT is crap unless you are standing right next to the damn target and then maybe you'll hit it.  AT rifle might work against a small walker or heavily armored infantry but any dedicated armor and you got nothing.  Leave those kinda targets for your Mk. II Vickers.  Also you need, mortars, mortars, mortars!  Keep the 2" back home and bring something larger like the 3" as noted above.  These are the infantryman's best pals.  Rifle grenades could also supplement the lack of a mortar but the range is lacking.  Beef up your squads with some Brens as noted above too.  Not sure what kind of monsters you plan on engaging but fire cleanses most evil so a flamethrower is always a plus along with a few engineers to help your crew along.  I'd say nix the banner as its just paints the HQ a massive target and take some pipes instead.  Sound travels further and through terrain and will also drive your opponents mad!  Not sure what kind of rules you are using but I'm sure they will have rules for the stuff listed above.  Throw all that TOE stuff out the window, this is weird war so load those bad boys up with whatever you can and what you can pilfer from the enemy.  A X7 ATGM works just as well against German armor as it does against British;)

Go get 'em!

The PIAT may be a spring powered load of junk, but it did have a couple of advantages in urban combat.

Fiestly, due to the back blast from a bazooka, panzerfaust or RPG you can't stand troops behind one or fire one with a wall behind you, unless you wan to inflict some serious damage on your own buddies or yourself. The PIAT didn't have this problem.

Secondly, with the PIAT's bomb being spring launched there was no tell-tale flash or blast to give away the firer's position.

At Arnhem a para officer was able to crawl into the roof space of a house with a PIAT and fire downwards on German tanks to great effect.

To each there own but I'd rather have the range, light weight, penetrating power and reliability of a Bazooka if I could but you use what your given the best you can.  The Brits wised up after the war and replaced the PIAT with the Bazooka anyway so I guess it depends on what year your Weird WWII is in anyway to see what they have or not.

Anyway, beats using a rock against that E100,
