Dixon Miniatures Images - Samurai Help!
« on: January 17, 2012, 03:16:18 PM »

I have asked this on Frothers but know there are some samurai officianadoes on LAF :D

I am looking for images of their Bandits and Ronin but can find bugger all anywhere. I think from memory these were more "human" in proportion than the big headed ones normally seen

Anyone got images?

on another note anyone seen in the flesh the Museum ones. I have all Black hat samurai who are rather tasty and want to add more bandits and unarmoured types rather than geezers all in armour and shite.

I have Perry bits on radar and a couple of packs from Kingsford already

I probably have the Dixon in catalogues but they will only be good old fashioned line drawings - those were the days.

I like the Museum ones although some are better than others. The women look far too butch for example but they paint up very nicely. I did the bearers for the LPL one year. The 15mm versions are even better.

There a few bits in the TAG range too that would work

Cheers Svenn, yes have my eye on a couple of the TAG ones which a mate has.

I will google the images on here  :D

I agree the Muesum women look a bit masculine, I was thinking scenarios from 13 assasins, 7 samurai, Zaitocchi etc so other than bandits avoiding amroured samurai.
