Can't possibly have been Sherlock, because that can't possibly have been London. Water came in many wonderful colours like green, red, or yellow, but it most certainly didn't come in blue.

Kidding aside, amazing urban scenery. The amount of work in that board is truly stunning.

What rule system do you use for the game?

A stripped down version of the Westwind Vampire Wars rules.
