Pilots and tank crew
« on: December 27, 2007, 05:38:49 PM »
I need some help finding crew figures.

I managed to get a hold of the Airfix Robogear box set for a tenner in our local cheap shop, and I'm planning on kitbashing all the lovely vehicles into weird war stuff.

But I need crew! Preferably seated, both American and German, either tankers or pilots I'm not fussy.

I couldn't find any from TAG, BAM, Brigade or Black Tree, so I'm hoping someone here might know of some from another company.

Anyone?

All help gratefully accepted.  :?:  :)

CompanyB has a few crew-figures, under accessories in their shop

So you do.

Unfortunately, they're not quite what I'm after. I'm really looking for seated driver type figures, not commanders, as lovely as yours are.

The Company B ones are more like what I need, but are still not right.

I'm very hard to please, see.

I'm thinking now that I may just make the cockpits closed, then I can do without crew altogether. Thanks for the info though guys, and sorry I'm being a bit vague and contrary.

Chieftain sells seated German crewmen with their softskins- maybe e-mail them to ask if they'd be available seperately?

Neo-Forge sells some of the old BGWWII German tankers.  Below are a couple pics of them.

Well, thanks everybody, some interesting stuff on those links, but unfortunately nothing that really fits what i had in mind.  :(

I think I've decided now to model the cockpits closed, and go with dismounted crew for if the vehicles get disabled.

Thanks again.
