Looks like the previous date (12.00 noon) wasn't a good one. The most Europeans (me too) would still be at work and many of our American friends would be sleeping.

That's not too bad for us downunderers, I'd be up for work at 6.30am on that Tuesday am here anyway so I'll set the clock 1/2 an hour earlier then. Right nobody, I repeat, nobody mess with the international time zones between now and then

Same here. Sadly (or rather, normally luckily) 19.00 is the time that I am normally at home, which is an internet free environment. That is discounting the unprotected wifi from the neighbours, but that is so bad that sending pictures might prove problematic...

I will try to put them already as en an email send to myself, so I only have to forward, that I can probably do from my phone..

Okay... here is the tough part for old folks like me...

I am in Spain which is GMT +1. So that means (I think) that I need to take away one hour from local time to get GMT. So 1900 GMT would be 1800 local time.

Here's a handy thing to check to be sure.  Can convert any time from any zone to any other:

Yes, that is interesting site and I looked it over. I "converted" from GMT to Europe - Madrid and this is what it says:

11:54:28 Sunday February 26, 2012 in GMT converts to
12:54:28 Sunday February 26, 2012 in Europe/Madrid

Which would indicate I subtract one hour in order to get GMT time...

Indeed, send your entries at 20:00 local time (same as here in the Netherlands).

I made the same mistake, but even worse managed too read friday instead of monday...  Guess I was too focussed on gettin the stuff done before the weekend...  So I had alreadysend in my entries 

Off course not long after sending, did I figure our my mistake...  Aah well an entire weekend for bit more detailing and taking prettier pictures

Oops! I was thinking I had until the 3rd March.
So been painting for the last 7 hrs, have now taken photo's and saved draft email for posting. If the weather is good tomorrow morning, will take more photo's in natural daylight as should be better.

You do, but if all 50 spots are filled before the 3rd of march you risk missing out on the registration, which is why everyone is in a hurry
