First of all, that is the coolest collection of pulp cars I've ever seen!

Marianas, just be aware that the mat soaks up paint, even heavy duty primer.  I also found that after drybrushing(which you should do very slowly to raise the detail) you've got seal in with clear coat.  nI used the liquid stuff because I found it seal better.  You could spray it with a dullcoat after.

That is about half of our motor pool, which totals nearly 30 cars at this moment (although about half are still on my painting table). The Lledos came from an ebay store, total cost about $20-25 CAD for the whole set.

I remember when I started Pulp gaming I thought, how important are vehicles?  The make a table come to life.
