Nice paint job, and the bases do them justice.

They appear to be from different periods,,,

What rules do you plan to use?

Thanks for sharing.
I know you're too old to play with toy soldiers. So give them to me... NOW!

Thanks, magokiron.  These were originally intended for two different LPL entries, before I decided not to take part.  So there are some more figures to come for both 2012 and 1895, but I don't have any actual games planned.

Wow, you've nailed the Sherlock gene here!  :)

I especially love modern John – he really is the spit of Martin Freeman.

Given your other Who stuff, I'm assuming that you're ongoing project is to work your way through Steven Moffat's complete TV output. When are we going to see Coupling in 28mm?  lol

The moderns are from Black Pyramid Gaming's "Classified" range, though Inspector Lestrade started out as a lookalike of Patrick Stewart in Eleventh Hour - I added hair and remodelled his nose (a little clumsily).

Sadly, they don't do any lookalikes for Press Gang or Joking Apart ...

Wonderful stuff. Great idea to do both modern and old :)

Thanks, chaps.  I've revarnished some of these to reduce the shine, and hope to post some better photos shortly.
