Ooh, very tempting! What rules (if any) are you planning on using yourself? I dipped a toe in it in 15mm back in my youth, but a distinct lack of interest locally deterred me from taking it too far.

complex!!..........if you have any ideas on rules i happy to hear em

I'm far too ignorant on the period to make any really helpful suggestions, but I suspect it would be fairly easy to adapt something like Sharp Practice, which I personally find fast and extremely fun-packed.

Sorry for derailing your rather important request though. I'm afraid I let my enthusiasm and "ooh, shiney!" syndrome get the best of me yet again. In an attempt to make amends here is a possibly useful link to free books available to download on the war. A cursory examination did not turn up any good uniform references, but you might find something interesting.
