A couple of days ago I received my Mortheim miniatures painted as his first commission by Faber. You can follow the WIP-report here:

I finished the bases myself and added a flat varnish followed by re-glossing all the metal parts. Faber did a fantastic job, very detailed painting with nice shading and highlighting, good colour choice and precise brushwork. See for yourself, all I'm left to say is: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I better put my brushes and paints on Ebay, as Faber's painted figures make mine look like a 6 year old painted them

Yeah!

It's quite emotional to see my little children finished with those nice bases. They are really lovely! I hope they will be ferocious enough on the battlefield!

Lovely stuff - I've always loved the Mordheim range of miniatures, and these are painted beautifully. Like everybody else, it seems, I've been after the Freelancer Knight for my Reiklander warband too - I think I'll just bite the bullet and order it from GW some time soon. It's too nice not to!
