A couple of those are in my reference folder. I'm still trying to work out how to make Papal Impervious suits like that steamlord.

The more I'm looking at those minis the more I'm sure they are 1:35.
It's how the base sizes up to the mini

The Elite Force and the Light Infantry are based on Dust Games Sturmgrenadiere
and the Dwarf looks like Scibor to me.
