I really like what you did to the bases. Simple but very effective. Thanks for sharing!!

Very nice repaints.

I have TONNES of Separatist droids (and vehicles galore) as well as a fairly huge box of fringers (great for SAGA Rpg).

I've never played infinity, so keep us in the loop how that turns out for you.

What I am planning on using these figs for is ViDe Generic Sci-fi (http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=38951.0).  So hopefully Agis give us some options for the likes of General Grevious and Droideka!  ;)

I will! If all works as expected I can show some preview stats in May.  ;)

Hey man...   :D

I love what you have done to this, and have been looking for a suitable Star Wars Wargaming rules set, and perhaps Infinity is the way to go, if not, its a beutiful looking game, so wouldent be bad to have in the bookshelf anyway heh.

It will be really interesting to see where you go with this and I will follow this with great interest.

small update, no pictures yet as everything is very very WIP. Rebels are taking a lot longer than the Imperials. Stormtroopers look just fine with a wash and re-highlight, the rebel commandos are being nearly completely repainted. There's also so few poses for them that I'm using a lot of other figs, especially fringe and aliens & repainting them with a similar camo scheme to the RotJ troopers.

I also need to start thinking about terrain now that the initial 2 factions are almost done. Definitely need a bunker, I'm sure there HAS to be one that might-as-well be form the movie in 28mm scale. Wouldn't be THAT hard to scratch build, but I'd rather have a nice resin piece that I just have to paint. Probably have to scratch build the tree trunks from large pvc pipes covered in paper mache, maybe a tall landing platfomr and tons of star warsy crates to provide enough cover and blocking terrain. If anyone knows any websites with forest tables that actually LOOK like forest tables but are still playable, I'd love some ideas, so far all I got is this

The AT-43 bunker might work.  Its got a back door!

If you can find one lol. They've been seriously OOP for a couple of years.

That said, if you happen to have an AT-43 bunker and want to get rid of it, please PM first.

I think that Ainsty do some SciFi bunker pieces that should work with WOTC figures.

Loving it all!
 :-* :-* :-*

Great repaints and it sounds like you have the gaming system sorted pretty well.
I just wish you lot would stop posting such lovely SW threads, as I have been itching to do a SW project for a loooooong time, and between yourself and Agis, it has been itching again.
Please stop....No, dont, it is lovely, carry on!

Great looking repaints love the concept of using htese with the Infinity rules!

Besides WOTC is there another manufacturer of Star Wars mini's?

Not currently.

Although there is a new Star Wars game coming out soon, it's an x-wing v tie fighter game, not troops v troops.

Edit:  Forgot about the Knight models ones.  They are cool.
