And last but definitely not least (it's pretty huge) a Mantic deadzone figure i've added horns to, and changed the angle on one arm, I will be using this guy as a demon.

Wow, great idea! I have a couple of these, and I have been wracking my brains for some ideas on nice WHFB Deamon Princes that don't break the bank - especially as I'd ideally like a few of them, and for them all to be different. Now you have me wondering if I can stick wings on one!

Finished this conversion, not sure what to call it but it's done.

No idea either, but he's a super-characterful fella. Apart from the Troll hands, I don't recognize any of the parts though - however, knowing you thare's probably about six different models in there plus loads of GS work! ;)

Lol cheers but it's just the one figure with troll arms and a bit of GS work on his face and shoulders.

Not sure about the wings, it should be possible though, I would skim down the wings connections and drill large holes in their backs, put the whole connection in the hole and then make good the join if I was going to do it.

If it helps for Ideas i'm also working on these.

Swamp shamblers (half the unit, the other half are just more of the same poses), for Privateer Press; Hordes but I could of course use these in any fantasy setting using Zombies.
I only used one coat of blue ink on these guys vs the bog trogs I put up... years ago now to make them look paler / deader, I will add some Tamiya Clear read for blood once the weather gets nice enough I can do it with a window open...
And of course base them properly...

I also did these on the easter weekend, I wasn't going to post as they are not really for a Fantasy warband these are just for Hordes but... meh it's not like I have done anything else recently to post lol!

Painted my trawlers, bases still to finish.
