What make are the various figures in the "Toil and Trouble"? Really interesting set of figures, I particularly like the little Chupacabra guys lol

Both brilliant entries. James, you really have had a tough run of draws  :(
Almost any other match you would have won with such a wonderfully realised entry.
But Alex, i have to say, those are your best so far in this LPL. Not just great figures and lovely paintwork, but wonderfully crisp photography too.
I say this with envy, because my own photography has dropped off a bit of late, and i can't work out why...  ::)
Have you bought a new camera, or was it just one of those lucky combinations of lighting, focal length and shutter speed?!  ;)

Thanks, Richard. No new camera. Just did take more time and shot about 50 photos and I also have used the camera restrainer so no shaking hands effects :)

Everything in this weeks entry is from Uncle Mike's Strange Aeons line.

The Witches, Familiars (human-faced rats) and cauldron are from a couple of upcoming releases ;) and the Henchman is from the Madmen pack.  The two captive agents are exclusive models from UM's Cult of the Black Goat.  There are some rat swarms in there too...

I haven't had the luck of the draw this season when it comes to match-ups!!  :D  Not that I mind though...I have had the privilage of going up against: Frank, valleyboy, Lazarus Long, Blue in VT, Captain Blood and now the Prof.  So far, the entries that I have been paired up with have been excellent. That's half the fun of the LPL.

Those human-faced rats are amazing figs!  Great paint jobs...it was all but a coin flip to decide which to vote for.  Prof, your shading is so natural looking.  I need to learn to be able to do that!  My figs looks so amateur and crude by comparison.

Thanks, you have  done a really fine job of painting up some excellent minis. I have steered clear of the SA line as I inevitably only want 1 out of the 3 minis in a pack.... or in the case of the brilliant Mummy figure 3 of the same figure in a pack :-[
The witches all look great though so I hope they are on sale soon.

Really difficult choice here, apologies for not voting for both

Alex by now you must have more Romans painted than ever were in Rome in the first place lol

I LOVE those human-faced rats... I'll be getting some of those when they're available.
