Some of my Ork armour, just to give them a slightly better chance against the humans.

The vehicles are an old Tamiya 1/35 Wespe, and two Tamiya 1/35 SfdKz 222 armoured cars.
They will not force us,
They will stop degrading us,
They will not control us,
We will be victorious!!

Nice! What was the original base coat color before the washes?

Had the same idea with a 1/35 SfdKz 222 armoured car, must get it finished and painted. They look great.
He that trades Liberty for Security will soon find that he has neither.

The original base colour was a Vallejo sand over a white undercoat. Then a brown ink wash, which I then drybrushed a highlight over, then a fawn with white added to get a dusty look.

Back when I was a teenager I stupidly converted my 1/35th scale Tamiya Brummbär into a Space Ork battletank.

I say stupidly because it was a rather nice model, complete with zimmerit paste that I had painstaking applied by hand with milliput. All that work gone to nothing with a bunch of spikes, space marine trophy helmets and silly banners stuck all over it.

Still, great minds think alike, eh?  :)
