to give a little bit of a counter-weight, here ... I really do not think it's painted from Cpt. Blood ... can't You see the stitches on that suit??

Actually the suits (all of them!) made my vote, too! And me, sitting at home in front of my minis, thinking about what colours I want to use ... I even despair of simple stripes ... on a regular bases!

question ... any chance for some massais wearing these suits, huh?   ;D

Thank You both for these entries as an inspiration!

best wishes
DK

We need, we deserve, we DEMAND a "draw" option.

Really no one deserves to "lose" this match.

Both top quality works, and as is very common this league, the difference in votes DOES N0T reflect how close both entries are, and how HARD it really was to pick who to vote for.

Best wishes to both, and thanks for such eye candy.
I know you're too old to play with toy soldiers. So give them to me... NOW!

I respectfully disagree.

Yes, it's a hard choice.  But that forces us to consider what it is that is good about each figure, what effects we value, what we consider to be difficult to achieve; and thus we learn about our craft.

Excellent points, all. I know that the LPL has helped my painting in past years, and given new horizons for many of us to aim for.
