Top Secret experimental submersible
« on: April 30, 2012, 05:39:07 PM »
I've been after the Victorial/Pulp submersible that was made by Flagship Games for an age, with absolutely no success. Imagine my joy when, late in the day at Salute, I spoted her and her fellows from the range for sale on the Black Hat Miniatures stand. Without more ado, here she is departing for her sea trials ~

There are more shots of her over on my Blog, as well as of some figures from my small, but beautifully formed, collection.

Great. Adore the civilian party on the quay for the launch.

I wanted one of these as soon as I saw Dallimores and was not prepared to risk a US order so made my own blatant copy ::)

HMS Sea Dragon looks rather smashing if you ask me!  :-*

And so do the folks at her launch! Very nice, mate!

lol

When I (finally) get on to my VSF, I will be doing one for the Japanese.
It may be a while, though.

Because they're gonna need it...  :D

Seriously, though, very nice work. As others have mentioned, the launch party photographed quite nicely.

A lovely piece of painting, sir!  :-* I like the whole vignette. You can practically hear a band playing somewhere.  ;)
