Some of my automatons - most of them, actually.

Mining labor automatons. Their heavy tools and armour make them rather tough to handle, actually.

Small steam tanks. Fully automated.

Servant automatons pressed into service.

Limpet Spiders. Fast moving, tough to fight, and attach to enemy vehicles for self-destruct.

Hover-tons. Flying, very fast, with nasty pincers. No ranged capacity, however.

Half-jacks. Piloted by midgets recruited by Maton.

The Destroyer-class. Twin galvanic acceleration cannons. Put a ferrous slug through a battleship.

Brass Soldaten. Now have ten of these. Armed with repeating rifles.

The mysterious man known only as "Fez". No one knows from whence he hails, but he is a total disaster with the ladies.

Herr Doktor Professor Otto Maton, the Mad Belgian Mechanickal Mastermind...

Regular Masked Minion infantry. The living mercenaries of Maton, they wear masks to protect their identities, and because the Doctor likes poison gasses...

A Minion with Galvanic Projection Gun. These special weapons are finicky, but dangerous.

The Black Smoke Projector with Masked Minion crew.

I still have a few personalities and a vehicle or two to finish up for the Doctor in 28mm. I use the same automatons for 15mm as 28mm, they are just bigger and scarier. I have other humans, which I will post later.

If I say 'delicious' one more time, I'll be a broken record, but this delicious automaton heaven!

And the minions aren't half bad, neither.  lol

I'm disappointed with your comments about the Fez, though; probably because he bears some resemblance to me.  :D

Great collection there.

The Limpet Spiders are especially devious.

Limpet spiders? Devious?

No, the half jacks are really devious. They bury themselves in the ground and ambush passers-by.

A splendid little army, I love all the automaton's, makes for a very individual army. Which range are they from? I'm not sure I recognize any of them.

I have the Malifaux spiders in one of my forces and use them in exactly the same way :)

Although, to be fair, I think it was Bullshott that made the rules up a couple of years ago for a LAF get together game.
So many projects..... so little time.......

I like this, expecially Fez's flavor comment.

The miners are Reaper, the servers and hovers are Hydra, and I'm not sure about the others.  Are the masked minions by Parroom?

The minions are indeed from Parroom, as are the Brass Soldaten (Clockwork Soldiers), and Otto Maton is Parroom as well.

The half jacks are Privateer Press.

The Destroyer, hover and servers are Hydra.

The spiders are all Wyrd (Malifaux).

Miners are Reaper toolbots.

I wrote up rules for using Automatons in GASLIGHT and published them in my little VSF e-zine, The Aethergraph.[/1] https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B5oTxRl3-NliZTIzYzhjMmQtZWM1MS00MGY0LTk3NDgtYzQ4ZWJlYjVmZTli/edit?pli=1 or you can find it in the top left hand of my blog, Victoria's Boys in Red.http://vbir.blogspot.com The rules are in Vol 1, Issue 1.
