Great Escape Games has a bunch of ca. 28mm (one assumes) dogs in the pipeline. Several breeds in the set. I couldn't find them in their store yet, but I'm going to forget they exist if I don't jot this down now.

Nice find. Both are useful.

Thanks again Folks! Lots of great ideas. I haven't been back for a while, but am feeling the need to run some Pulp games. Companion dogs are a must!

Hah (thanks for the tip). The second option (Warlord Games' 'Wild Dogs') was a forerunner, but would still require filing to have a smooth/short coat.

I ended up going with Eureka Miniatures' dog from 'Four Cats and a Dog':
http://eurekamin.com.au/product_info.php?cPath=87_126_131&products_id=12918

While a little smaller than I would have liked, the tail has been curled and it looks like a good match.

Well, I just received a Stonehaven Miniatures corgi. It's really nice! I can't wait to get it painted up!

Oh wow :)

Not the best sculpted Corgi one could hope for plus with the postage it's a "little" on the steep side (especially given how folks like to moan about the cost of human figs in 32-35mm if they get anywhere near $10 mark) for but it's nice to see someone trying at least.

A cyborged mastiff for Necromunda coming soon:
https://www.warhammer-community.com/2018/04/23/coming-soon-mans-best-and-deadliest-friendfw-homepage-post-1/

Since it's from Forge World and comes in a set (one assumes) with the "handler" one assumes it's not going to be exactly a cheap pooch.

Weird War "brute" dogs from Warlord's Konflikt '47:
https://store.warlordgames.com/collections/konflikt-47/products/british-war-dog-squad-1
https://store.warlordgames.com/collections/konflikt-47/products/british-war-dog-squad-2

Looks to be the same three dog sculpts per set, with a different handler.
