I have decided to scrap the old web page for the Kennel Club. It was written i Front Page and really not worth maintaining nor upgrading.

The once missing from this thread, as far as I can tell are the following:

"Accountant" Mr Daedalus Tighe with his bull terrier Harry, on the lookout outside Derby Stadium for customers falling short on their annuals.

The Right Honorable Sir John Poore-Lyer with his Smooth Haired Dachshund "Rocket".

Sir John, once know for his relentlessness as Lord Advocate, from which he has retired and is now spending most of his time rabbiting and generally patrolling his estate with his champion dachshund "Rocket". The dog seems to have picked up a few tricks from his master because the Right Honorable maintains that Rocket once chased a trespassing Irish tinkerer down a badger hole.

Sir John's cousins, the Poore-Shottes of Lower Maurall, has been overheard saying "...the old b***er is more likely to have shot the poor tinker with his Purdey and then had him dug down in the grounds."

Sir James Penycuik with his Siberian husky "Nuliajuk"

Sir James, famous son of Monimasket and celebrated geologist and explorer, recently disappeared during an expedition to northern Greenland. The bitch husky Nuliajuk, a steadfast companion of Sir James, was found close to the abandoned research camp sporting no less than seven leg-like appendages and a growth on her back with an extraordinarily liknes to the facial features of her owner. The animal, previously reported to have been most good natured, deplorably had to be put down after her rescue due to a newly developed and excessive aggressiveness. The veterinarian involved suspected rabies of some more virulent kind, which seems confirmed by the fact that after a bite from the condemned animal the good doctor has been institutionalized for developing insanity and, in fact, a second head.
