Yes...John's work indeed...the pony looks a lot like the ones he did up for WK.

These look fun!  I have no use fo them but may still add them to my wish list just to paint.

Cheers,

They look great! It's a shame they aren't compatible with GW's LOTR hobbits...  :(

Nice, those turned out not too badly  :D

No extra funds for an order at present, but perhaps if they have another 20% off sale sometime...

Yes, they are Pickford's indeed. Have been on the shelves at Foundry's for ages, but are now finally up for purchase.

I think they spectacular, but my assessment of his abilities is probably not that objective :D

@DD Thanks, Mate - as I don't have the guts to post over there, myself ;)

They do look pretty nice, don't they...?

It shouldn't be too hard to convert that rolling pin into an umbrella, either!  ;)

Thats right....they are much worse than you can imagine!   lol

I learn more hilarious Brit slang from that site though....it never ceases to amaze!

I find myself liking the militiaman with the pipe, but that ruddy saucepan handle's coming off the moment I get him out of the pack!

Gawd, I hate this obsession with saucepan-helmets.  Why do halflings on campaign need to be walking kitchenware catalogues?  Why not nasty little buggers known for habitually brogging giants from below?

But its the kitchenwares that make the halflings so loveable!

Besides, the adventurers look more like they would fit the giant-slaying bill.  The militia are just that... farmers and cooks being pressed into service with whatever they can find  :D

Looking forward to seeing these in person!
