It's not really a Cthulhoid of course but does have a decent degree of deep sea fish look to it so it might work alongside with the frog boyz...

Not sure what you mean with Cthuloid? Squid-like features? Although Lovecraft did give some descriptions of the creatures that appear in his stories, there's always enough left to be imagined to make up your own idea. So as far as i am concerned....this one will do very nicely. It is certainly large enough

When I first saw it, I thought of Cthulhu-esque as well...Although I know not why...

I really like it, but I really would rather spend that kind of money on a wide variety of stuff.!
