DIS-AS-TER Struck today, I'm not sure how it happened. I'm in the process of re-basing a few things atm. Tweedy, WPC May Killian (who's also having a repaint) and a few other bits and bobs.

On the Kitchen table working this Morning - no one about - Cats asleep or out, Dog out with his Mum.

Lovely and quiet.

Door Knocks and Phone Rings at the same time - both something and nothing (other than a waste of time) - when I got back, the Superglue had "toppled" and fallen onto Tweedy - knocking him flat, and leaking all over him. It was a real "For F***s Sake" Moment.

Repainting him now :(

As we have got the "Otherworld Miniatures Skirmish" to look forward too. These are my new Dungeon Bases I sculpted and cast up - Which looks Better Grey-Stone or Sand-Stone? Or should I do a Mix of Both (like the old GW Cardboard Floorplans) - I'm also planning on using these for my 7th Voyage Miniatures as well.

Crooked Dice once again pinched my idea (again without knowing though LoL) - My Robo Minions for my Argonauts Cast - note the end of the Sonic Blasters match the silouette of the gun arm of the Robo-Minions in the Argonauts Cast Book, and that they have "Chest Units" - at least I don't need to make any more Helmets now ;)

The "Receivers" on the Sides of the Helmets are TLS (Time Lift Security) Commander Radios - hand cut off, filed and shaped, and glued into place.

The "muzzle" on the Blasters is from the TLS Scanner - cut off and delicately pinned to the barrel after removing the original muzzle.

The TLS Scanner itself became the center of the chest unit, with the sides being carefully sculpted onto the miniature.

My Argonauts Cast as it stands, just Doctor Argo to go (I messed him up and re-painting him now).

Some great work there on some great figures.
Lovely terrain too!  ;)

Wonderful, I really like those robomen robo-minions.  ;)
The Argonauts look very nice too, I love those muted metal colours.

Well, after hiccups and illness that's Doctor Ulysses Argo finished, my "starter" Argonauts Cast (generally I plan to 250 Ratings these days, as I find that to be the "sweet spot" for Casts) is finished - I went for more of a "clockwork" look on the hands, mostly because I am never EVER satisfied as it is - trying to do a glow that I would be happy to show anyone would take me a decade I reckon.

Here is the cast in all its Glory (including my own converted "Robo-Men" AHEM "Robo-Minions" . . . . . . You get a real sense of scale in this picture, the Talos is FRICKING HUGE!
